This is the second album of Bebe and probably one of the most awaited releases on Latin music. This release by the title of “Y” starts with spoken words that even though takes you to a depressing state, it emerges with strong revenge towards a better day… that’s the feeling of the first track “No + llorá”. Bebe’s sound is like a great wine that gets better with the years.
Nice and warm acoustic guitars, bass lines, drums, percussion and a thunder voice that dominates the agenda.
Some of the most notable tunes are “Me Fui”, “Sinsentido”, “La Bicha”, “Cuando + me Sujetas” just to name a few from a release that’s very pleasant to listen from beginning to end. This is the successor of the heavily Grammy nominated “Pa Fuera Telarañas” which catapulted the career of Bebe and after a silent, a well deserved silent, she came back to earn the best from a world that is ready to listen honest lyrics, sometimes to honest.
